What You'll Do

As a Shipping & Assembly Technician, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality training systems to customers around the world.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process finished products for shipment
Receive incoming materials and verify inventory accuracy
Maintain an organized warehouse and stockroom
Assemble mechanical and electrical components
Build and test products to ensure quality standards are met
Troubleshoot and solve assembly-related issues
Assist manufacturing and shop personnel with project completion
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Perform occasional heavy lifting

What We're Looking For

We're seeking dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in doing things right.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Mechanical aptitude and a natural desire to build, repair, or troubleshoot equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive \"can-do\" attitude
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Eagerness to learn new skills and grow professionally
High school diploma or equivalent

Bonus Points For

Warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
Mechanical, electrical, automotive, maintenance, or technical training experience
