What You'll Do
As a Shipping & Assembly Technician, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality training systems to customers around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process finished products for shipment
- Receive incoming materials and verify inventory accuracy
- Maintain an organized warehouse and stockroom
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components
- Build and test products to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and solve assembly-related issues
- Assist manufacturing and shop personnel with project completion
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Perform occasional heavy lifting
What We're Looking For
We're seeking dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in doing things right.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Mechanical aptitude and a natural desire to build, repair, or troubleshoot equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive "can-do" attitude
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Eagerness to learn new skills and grow professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent
Bonus Points For
- Warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
- Mechanical, electrical, automotive, maintenance, or technical training experience
