What You'll Do

As a Shipping & Assembly Technician, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality training systems to customers around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process finished products for shipment
  • Receive incoming materials and verify inventory accuracy
  • Maintain an organized warehouse and stockroom
  • Assemble mechanical and electrical components
  • Build and test products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Troubleshoot and solve assembly-related issues
  • Assist manufacturing and shop personnel with project completion
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Perform occasional heavy lifting

What We're Looking For

We're seeking dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in doing things right.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Mechanical aptitude and a natural desire to build, repair, or troubleshoot equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive "can-do" attitude
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and grow professionally
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Bonus Points For

  • Warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
  • Mechanical, electrical, automotive, maintenance, or technical training experience
