DAC Worldwide is seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations in Swedesboro, NJ. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on driving efficiency, building strong teams, and manufacturing high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
- Hire, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing production team
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand
- Act as a technical resource for product production[KP1]
- Ensure safe, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing processes
- Streamline operations and improve efficiency[KP2] through process improvement
- Coordinate with purchasing and engineering departments to ensure timely and cost-effective material flow
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience
- 5+ years of manufacturing and leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, drawings, and technologies:
- CNC/manual machining, welding, assembly, and finishing
- Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Experience with modern manufacturing methods such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Quality, and/or ISO
- Experience with manufacturing systems such as production planning, inventory, and ERP systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- ERP software tools: 5 years (Preferred)
