What You'll Do:
As a Manual Machinist / Fabricator, you'll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality training equipment by:
- Producing components through manual machining operations, including shearing, drilling, deburring, and bench work.
- Assembling products according to specifications.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Inspecting and monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Troubleshooting and correcting defects to ensure quality standards are met.
- Measuring, marking, cutting, and preparing materials for fabrication.
- Fabricating jigs and fixtures as needed to support production.
Welding Experience is a Plus:
- Perform fit-up and tack welding operations.
- Prepare material edges through beveling and cutting.
- Clean, chip, and grind weldments before and after welding.
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of machining experience, including milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench operations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of welding and fabrication experience.

Schedule:
- Day shift only, Monday - Friday.
- Start at 7:00 a.m. and finish at 3:30 p.m.
- No required overtime.
