Build Relationships. Solve Problems. Make a Difference.
Are you an experienced customer service professional looking for something more than answering back-to-back calls all day?
At Amatrol, you'll have the opportunity to build lasting customer relationships, solve real problems, and support products that help train the next generation of skilled workers around the world. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy helping people, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to meet you.
Why People Join Amatrol:
This Is NOT a Call Center Position - If you're looking to move away from a high-volume call center environment, this role may be exactly what you're looking for.
At Amatrol, you won't spend your day rushing from one anonymous call to the next. Instead, you'll build relationships with customers and take ownership of helping them find solutions. From the moment a customer contacts us, you'll serve as their primary point of contact, working with Sales, Production, Shipping, and other internal teams as needed to ensure their issue is fully resolved.
This is a role for someone who enjoys investigating questions, coordinating resources, and following through until the customer has an answer. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference, not just close a ticket and move on to the next call.
What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for customers and colleagues by:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers from their initial inquiry through final resolution.
- Coordinating with internal departments including Sales, Production, Shipping, and Engineering to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Building long-term relationships with customers who rely on you as a trusted resource and advocate.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others and takes ownership of finding solutions.
You may be a great fit if you have:
- Customer service, account support, inside sales support, or call center experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Confidence handling multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
- A two-year degree is helpful, but not required.
What You'll Love About Working Here:
- No weekends or nights. Work Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Three weeks PTO your first year.
- Seven paid holidays.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) with company match.
- Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability.
- Professional development and access to Amatrol's extensive learning library.
- Employee lunches, celebrations, and team events throughout the year.
- Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization.
