Are you a skilled problem-solver with a passion for precision and a knack for putting things together? Do you thrive in a hands-on environment? We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products with focus on maintaining high quality and efficiency standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work in a production environment.

What will you be doing?

Build and assemble training models (working and static).
Perform basic electrical connections as needed.
Ensure products meet quality standards and performance requirements.
Troubleshoot problems and resolve them.
Calibrate and maintain equipment at your workstation.
Work safely in an organized manner.

What do you need to be considered for the job?

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
Natural ability to tinker and fix things.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Understand and use hand and power tools appropriately.
Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, tube benders, etc.)
Adapt well to change.
A “can-do” attitude - show the ability to solve problems and learn new skills.
Dependable- arrive at 6am and be ready for the day.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred (but not required):

Experience with acrylic/model making.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes (machining, welding, assembly, electrical)
Forklift experience or willingness to learn.
