We're hiring an Assembly & Shipping Associate to help build and ship industry-leading training systems used by manufacturers, technical schools, colleges, and employers worldwide. What You'll Do:
As an Assembly & Shipping Associate, you'll help ensure our products are built correctly and delivered on time.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare finished products for shipment, using basic carpentry and hand tool skills.
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components.
- Build and test training equipment to meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot basic assembly issues.
- Assist production teams with project completion.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Perform occasional lifting of materials and equipment.
What We're Looking For:

Qualified candidates typically have:
- Mechanical aptitude and an interest in building or repairing equipment.
- Basic carpentry and hand tool experience.
- A positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

- Basic computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Desire to learn new skills and grow with the company.
